Artist's Description
I memorized a poem from a greeting card I read many years ago. This painting reminds me of that poem.
Love is made up of thousands of things.
A walk in the moonlight, a heart that sings.
A feeling of sunshine in all types of weather,
The warmth and the closeness of being together.
Cups of coffee in a quiet room,
Firelight dancing and chasing the gloom.
A voice you feel that you've always known,
A gentle hand reaching out for your own.
Love is tenderness, love is kindness,
love is occasional spots of blindness.
Love is tears often followed by laughter,
Love is happily ever-after.

If I can just continue to paint and share my work with...

Karyn, nice detail on the plates and cups. I like the way you set up the handles opposite each other. The monogram is a nice delicate touch. v
